Scenarios for creation and development of concept of Foggy Computing The main scenarios for the creation and development of a telecommunications system supporting the functionality of foggy computing are analyzed. Examples of technical means used for foggy computations are considered. The aspects of the joint functioning of the systems of foggy and cloud computing are discussed. Predictive estimates are given regarding the implementation of the concept of "Foggy Computing".
