PECULIARITIES OF DEVELOPIN G INNOVATIVE DECISIONS FOR A LONG-TERM OUTLOOK The features of innovative solutions for the development of telecommunication equipment for the long term are discussed. The focus is on the continuous reduction of the life cycle of telecommunication technologies, which stimulates the search for sustainable innovative solutions and complicates the decision-making process for the development of telecommunication networks. Examples of innovative solutions that can create telecommunication equipment with a long life cycle of its basic elements are given.

MODERN TELECOMMUNICATIONS FOR TELEMEDICINE The use of modern means of communication, especially 5G wireless networks, for the remote provision of medical and consulting services is already becoming a real tool for effective treatment, which helps, without exaggeration, to save human lives. New telecommunication technologies make it possible to quickly and relatively inexpensively deploy appropriate medical infrastructure not only in remote areas, but also provide emergency medical care in moving facilities.

Now the first and only enterprise in Russia of this profile can produce 4 million km of telecommunication optical fiber per year.
